Refunds may be considered only where ScamFirstAid has not started delivering the purchased service.

No Refund After Service Delivery

No refund will generally be provided once complaint drafts, case review, support call, report, or other purchased deliverables have been substantially provided.

Non-Recovery Is Not Refund Ground

ScamFirstAid does not sell money recovery services. Non-recovery of money shall not be treated as a valid reason for refund.

Request Process

Refund requests can be sent to support@scamfirstaid.com with payment reference, service purchased, and reason for request.
